Registration will take place from 2:00pm until 5:00pm in Suite 1614. Please have your ID available upon request.

We will be having an informal dinner at 6:00pm. If you wish to attend, please confirm no later than Wednesday July 13, 2011 to eventplanner@cbgaffiliateweekend.com. This includes speakers, sponsors and affiliates!

The official opening of CBG AFFILIATE WEEKEND 2011 will be held in the Victoria Falls Room at 8:00pm EST.

The Casino Games Room featuring a live DJ will be open from 8:30pm until midnight. You’ll be able to win some amazing prizes thanks to the kind sponsors of the event. You will receive one ticket in your sign up package and can trade-in your casino chips at the end of the night for additional tickets. There will be a cash bar until close.

A breakfast buffet will be served in the Grand Caffe from 7:30am to 9:00am. Please ensure you bring your breakfast coupons!

We will have guest speakers from 9:30am – 10:45am in the Angel Falls Room.

There will be a morning break with assorted breakfast breads, pastries, fruit, tea, coffee and assorted beverages following our first session of speakers.

Our next session of speakers will run from 11:00am - 12:30pm.

Beverages and food will remain in the room throughout the day, so please feel free to help yourself!

This year, we’d like to welcome Stuart Hoegner, a Gaming lawyer, as one of our special guest speakers. Stuart Hoegner is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Society of Management Accountants of Ontario, and the Internation Masters of Gaming Law. He advises leading gaming brands on international gaming issues.

From 12:30pm - 1:45pm there will be a hot lunch buffet featuring soups, salads, roast beef, Hilton’s Famous Sole stuffed with scallop and crab, potatoes, rice, vegetables, fresh fruits, cakes, pastries and assorted beverages. You guessed it; we know how to host a luncheon party!

Special guest speaker Leslie Carruthers’ second session will take place from 1:45pm - 2:45pm. A short 15-minute break will follow.

Michael Corfman will resume the afternoon session at 3:00pm.

We also have a mystery speaker who will appear sometime during the weekend; possibly after Michael!

We’ve scheduled some free time from 4:30pm – 8:00pm. This is a perfect time to arrange a business dinner with one of our sponsors or with one of the CBG Team!

Suite 1614 will be open from 8:00pm -1:00am. Alcohol will be complimentary for all guests, but please note that security may make random checks for proper identification throughout the evening. Random Prizes will be given away by the sponsors throughout the evening.

Breakfast will be served on Sunday morning from 8:00am -9:45am (this allows for a bit of recovery time)! Breakfast will be at the Grand Caffe. Breakfast tickets can be found in your welcome package. You must present your ID Badge for this meal.
Everyone will meet in the lobby at 10:00am sharp. We will then depart via taxi to visit the Falls for the Maid of the Mist Tour and as well as a walking tour underneath the falls. Be prepared to get a bit wet! After about 3-hours of exploring the Falls, we will regroup and head back to Falls View Casino where Referback will be hosting a lunch for everyone.
After lunch, there will be some free time until 6:30pm, where we will meet back in the lobby to depart for our dinner at the Canyon Creek Restaurant. Please take your time to enjoy dinner and the games room. The bar will be open from 8:00pm – 1:00am and there will be some fantastic prizes drawn at 10:00pm EST.

We close out the CBG Affiliate Weekend with a great breakfast at the Grand Caffe from 9:00am to 10:30am. Check-out is at 11:00am unless you have made other arrangements.
CBG AFFILIATE WEEKEND 2012 is tentatively scheduled for mid-August 2012 at the same location. It would be great to see everyone there!
